Felix’s Swim Team Program is dedicated to refining stroke techniques, building endurance, and developing a competitive edge. Our program incorporates fitness and competitive elements training through a personalized approach and technical development.

The training includes swim races, dryland warm-ups, stretching, and fitness exercises to enhance overall athletic performance. This combination of in-water and out-of-water training ensures well-rounded development.

Prerequisites: Minimum 15 years of age, Bronze Cross, and Lifesaving Society Standard First Aid (need not be current) or Standard First Aid from one of these approved agencies.
