We’ve watched countless families flourish in the water, and so often, the reason new families join us is because a friend, neighbour, or relative shared their own fantastic experience. We hear your enthusiastic recommendations, and we truly value that trust. That’s why we wanted to create a program that directly thanks you for being our biggest champions.

This isn’t just about growing our school; it’s about strengthening our community, making quality swim education even more accessible, and ensuring more children gain essential life-saving skills. When you refer someone, you’re not just getting a credit; you’re sharing the gift of water safety and confidence.

Our new Referral Program is designed to be simple, generous, and beneficial for everyone involved. We call it “Double the Splash, Double the Reward” because when you refer a new swimmer to Felix’s Swim Schools, you BOTH earn a $50 credit toward your next session!

Yes, you read that right – it’s a win-win!

Let’s break down the exciting possibilities:

• Refer one new student? You get a $50 credit, and they get a $50 credit towards their first session. It’s a fantastic way to welcome them to the Felix family and thank you for your loyalty.
• Refer a family with two new swimmers? The rewards stack up! You both get $100 in credit! That’s right, the credit applies per new student, making it incredibly beneficial for larger families joining us.
• What if you refer multiple families? There’s no limit to how many referral credits you can earn! If you refer three separate new students, that’s $150 credit for you, and $50 for each of them. The more you share, the more you save on future lessons.

We know you’re busy parents, so we’ve made the process incredibly straightforward. No complicated forms, no endless hoops to jump through.

Here’s how to make sure you and your friends get your credits:

1. Share the Love (and the Promo!): Tell your friends, family, neighbours, or even your local parenting groups about your positive experiences at Felix Swim Schools. Let them know why you love our instructors, our approach, and the progress your child has made. Feel free to share this blog post, our website, or simply chat with them face-to-face.
2. They Register and Provide Your Info: When your friend registers their child for their first session, all they need to do is provide your name and email address during the registration process. This is crucial so we can link the referral back to you!
3. Our Office Applies the Credit. Easy! Once their registration is complete and confirmed, our dedicated office team will automatically apply the $50 credit to your account, and the $50 credit to their first session. You’ll see it reflected in your next payment or invoice.

It’s truly that simple! We wanted to remove any friction, making it as effortless as possible for you to spread the word and reap the rewards.

Important Details: Clear and Simple

To ensure clarity, here are a few key points about the credits:

• Non-Transferable: Credits are applied to the account of the referrer and the new swimmer and cannot be transferred to another individual.
• No Expiration: Your hard-earned credits won’t expire! You can use them whenever you’re ready for your next session.
• No Cash Value: Credits are applied towards future swim sessions and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Applicable to New Swimmers Only: The program applies to new students who have never registered for lessons at Felix Swim Schools before.
